Thought: the fork in the road

June 29th, 2008

Joel Osteen: June 29, 2008: write his .com and order the broadcast message.

Today the broadcast was on our thought processes and the affect those thoughts have on us, our health, those around us and our future.  The sentence that grabbed me was close to this: We are responsible to direct our minds onto the path we wish to take. Do not let the mind, which is probably filled with 80% garbage, feed and direct the 20% into a similar state of ruin.  Begin to methodically clean out that garbage in our minds and become what we truly want to become.  Learn to detect the virus of infected thoughts that would ruin our path to a higher self.

“As a man thinks, that so he is.”  We take hold of our own personal responsibility and change our own thoughts.  One thought at a time, moment by moment we will know in our being that we are changing course for the good.  Say the new thoughts out loud so at least our own ears will have a chance to hear what is going on.

Today: October 5th, 2008 Joel Osteen’s #383: Living the Resurrected Life is highly recommended for ‘us humans’ still stuck in a borrowed grave talking about the good old days and not able to shake off the bad old days.  Check it out.

Life #4 began in 2000. I found and married my high school sweetheart, 42 years later. Paul is a scientific psychologist. I am a mix; artist/writer/singer; often called Renaissance Woman. We both believe in partnerships. Therefore, this Blog is about relationships: pairs, families, nations, planets and galaxies. We are not alone. Entities pair up, even if only with themselves; creating black holes.
